Charles Fail Music is a firm that specializes in pre-owned and band instruments. Owned and operated by professional musical instrument technicians, Charles Fail and his son Russell Fail, we offer a variety of instruments from student to professional models, from modern to antique. The heart of our operation is our fully equipped repair facility where each of our instruments is serviced or fully restored.
We carry a variety of woodwind and brass instruments. Our inventory changes daily. Please feel free to contact us regarding what you are looking for. Upon confirmation of Visa/MasterCard, American Express, or Discover, we will ship that instrument to you for a three day approval. We also accept money orders and cashier's checks. We only accept U.S. currency. We now accept PayPal!! If you choose not to purchase that instrument, simply return it for a full refund. We offer a 90 day service warranty on all our instruments. If you need something you don't see, please let us know what you are looking for. We also take trade-ins and purchase instruments.
Shipping:We use a variety of carriers including: U.S. Postal Service, UPS, Federal Express, and freight. Shipping charges are determined based on address, weight, size, value, and mode of shipping. We will be happy to provide a quote for shipping prior to or at the time of ordering. If an instrument is returned to us, the customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance charges. Our shipping fees include the cost of shipping, insurance, and packing materials used. We do ship overseas as well. Our shipping charges overseas do not include any tariffs, import duties, or value added taxes imposed by the customer's country. It is the customer's responsibility to determine these costs before shipment is made. Customers in the state of Georgia must add 5% sales tax.
